Vistry, the housebuilder that specialises in partnerships with housing associations and councils, has appointed Helen Miles, the chief financial officer of Severn Trent, as its new finance head.
Miles is expected to join the board during 2027. Vistry did not give a start date.
She has been Severn Trent's CFO since July 2023, having joined the water company in 2014 as chief commercial officer.
She was previously CFO at HomeServe and Openreach, the BT Group network arm, and is a non-executive director of Breedon Group.
Robert Allen has been appointed interim CFO and joins the board with immediate effect. He will stay until Miles arrives.
Allen was most recently CFO of The Crown Estate for four years, and before that held the same role at Intu Properties and Crest Nicholson.
