StatPro expands Revolution offering with Interactive Data partnership

StatPro's (LON:SOG) cloud-based product Revolution has added another string to its bow with a partnership, which allows users to access evaluation data for millions of securities.

The portfolio analytics specialist has struck a deal with leading global provider Interactive Data, it told investors.

StatPro clients will be able to access the data by going through the Revolution App store.

StatPro chief Justin Wheatley said: "This partnership with Interactive Data allows us to increase dramatically the data coverage we offer in StatPro Revolution.

"It's exciting to see such a large data vendor embrace per portfolio pricing through an online platform. Being able to offer Interactive Data fixed income evaluated prices to clients through the StatPro Revolution App Store means they can get what they want all in one place."

Users will be able to access prices for 2.8 million fixed income securities including investment grade and high yield corporate and sovereign securities, securitised securities and US municipal securities, the firm added.

Building partnerships is at the heart of StatPro's growth strategy.

The firm, which recently unveiled final results, is moving to a pure cloud delivery model, which means data can easily be shared between businesses and customers.

Annualised recurring revenue for Revolution more than trebled to £1.51mln as at December 31, compared to £0.45mln in 2011.

Overall, the group posted pre-tax profit in 2012 of £3.78mln (2011: £3.86mln) on revenues of £32mln (2011:£31.72mln).
