Newera Resources (ASX: NRU) has been granted a temporary suspension by the ASX, pending an announcement on the proposed acquisition of Posit Resources Australia, with the company's shares in pre-open.
Posit Resources has projects and mining opportunities in Kyrgyzstan, with Newera recently carrying out due diligence on the company.
The temporary suspension will last until the earlier of the announcement to the market or 2pm Perth time on Friday 10 June 2011.
