Trinity agrees further extension to debt moratorium

Trinity continues an ongoing formal sale process and strategic review

Trinity Exploration & Production (LON:TRIN) has agreed further extension on the current moratorium on debt repayment until the end of July.

Principle repayments connected to a US$13mln debt have now been deferred until at least July 31.

It comes as Trinity continues an ongoing formal sale process, and a strategic review.

“The extension of its credit facilities by its senior lender represents their continued support of Trinity and the formal sales process,” the company said in a statement.

“Progress continues with the strategic review and FSP and as part of this Trinity retains a regular dialogue with its lender and creditors.”
