EQTEC PLC (AIM:EQT), the waste-to-energy technology specialist, said it is transitioning its chief operating officer (COO).
Jeffrey Vander Linden, the current COO, will step down, with a Spain-based engineering professional set to take over by September.
The move aligns with EQTEC’s plan to become a pure-play technology innovator and licensor.
The new COO will be based in Barcelona alongside the company's engineering team.
