Chamberlin PLC has announced that the £3 million sale of Petrel Ltd was completed early on Thursday as conditions of the deal were met.
The specialist casting and engineering group unveiled the sale of Petrel to Project Apollo Ltd on Wednesday, saying the move would aid focus on its core iron foundry and machining operations.
