GB Group, the global identity and location technology business, says its full-year outlook remains in line with market expectations, with revenue growth of 1-3% forecast for the year to March 2027.
Analyst consensus puts full-year revenue at £288-292 million, with a median adjusted operating profit of £61 million, and GBG said cost efficiency actions underpin its confidence in hitting that figure.
First-half revenue came in at £139.5 million, up 1.4% in constant currency overall.
The core segments of Location and Identity, which together account for around 95% of group revenue, grew 4.5% in constant currency.
Location was the standout, with revenue up 8.9%, driven by enterprise channel partnerships and strong performance in the Asia-Pacific region.
Identity grew 2.4%, led by double-digit gains outside the Americas, particularly in EMEA, where gaming and financial services customers expanded and new GBG Go customers ramped up.
The Americas Identity business was a drag, hit by attrition among a small number of material direct customers.
GBG said it will set out recovery plans for the Americas at its interim results on 24 November.
The non-core Global Fraud Solutions unit, around 5% of revenue, declined more than expected due to delays in licence renewals and increased churn.
First-half adjusted operating profit fell to £27 million from £29.5 million a year earlier, reflecting planned investment in accelerating GBG Go.
The company also flagged a non-cash goodwill impairment charge related to Americas Identity, though this will have no impact on adjusted operating profit or cash.
Chief executive Dev Dhiman said: "The continued resilience of the Group, together with an increased pace of change to simplify and sharpen its focus, are the foundations for our full year and medium-term outlook."
